Shawn's Obituary


Shawn Eugene Males, age 59 ,Norman, Oklahoma; died November 4, 2021. Born October 13, 1962 to Coy and Randi Raye Males. Shawn is survived by his wife, Judy Males; mother, Randi Clark; children Elizabeth Males, Shawn Males, Jennifer Chandler and Chasitie Black. Shawn is also survived by his brother, Craig Males and sister Michele Doughty. Shawn has 10 grandchildren and 6 nieces and nephews plus many other friends and family. Shawn is preceded in death by his brother, Tracy Sweet; son-in-law, Jimmy Sieber and nephew Jason Doughty.

Shawn was a truck driver by trade and worked many years delivering to the oil fields. During those long hauls, Shawn found many fishing ponds and that is where he loved to spend his time. Shawn was a gentle man that loved to laugh and joke. Shawn loved fishing and fast cars. He loved to watch the rabbits and birds at his house and enjoyed the simple things in life. Shawn loved to cook and enjoy time at home.  Shawn will be dearly missed by those that know and loved him. 

Memorial services will be held at Lakeview Baptist Church in Norman on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 1:00 P.M.
