John  “Jack” Courtney Crose  Jr. of The Village in Oklahoma City went to Heaven November 23, 2020, at the age of 97. He passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family. He was born in El Reno, Oklahoma in 1923 to John Courtney Crose Sr. and Catherine L. Crose. John was an active member of Heritage Baptist Church in Oklahoma City for more than 25 years. His faith was the foundation of his life and we are celebrating his homecoming. Preceded in death by his wife of 70 years Loretta Crose and his daughter Donnie Kay Gillespie. Survived by his sister JoAnn Seamans of Stillwater, Oklahoma, his children Derryle and Kathy Crose, Sherryle and Terry Bouteller; ten grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great-grandchildren. Viewing will be available on Friday the 27th from 10:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M., at Demuth Funeral Home, located at 1145 West Britton Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73114. A memorial graveside service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Friday, November 27, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.  Social distancing will be in practice and masks will be required. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made to Heritage Baptist Church Missions or Samaritans Purse.  A special thanks to Physician's Choice/Traditions Health Hospice for loving and caring support.
