Gwendolyn Alice parks, age 84 of Oklahoma City Oklahoma passed away Sunday December 12th 2021. She was born August 18th 1937 in Purcell oklahoma. She graduated Purcell high School in 1958. She continued her education in business management. Gwen enjoyed painting sewing and many other crafts. She also made the best Christmas candies of all time and enjoyed sharing them as gifts to family and friends. She also volunteered her time as a cost of worker and delivered meals for Wheels.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father Helen and Wayne Stone, husband of 59 years JB Parks, and two daughters Sandra Puryear and Susan Tharp.

Gwen is survived by - her daughter Sherryll Blackwell, son Richard Wayne Parks, granddaughter Monica stewart. And three grandsons Mark Hasten, Michael Hasten, and Kevin Bryant. She also had 11 great-grandkids and 2 great great grandkids.

Memorial service will be held at home on 6808 N Ann Arbor Terr Oklahoma City, OK on Saturday January 1st, 2022 at 3pm.
