Billy's Obituary

Billy (Boogie to some) was born and raised in the Mulligan Flats, as were many of his lifelong friends. Billy was a Bricklayer by trade. He would meet Missy Hernandez and after that the two were inseparable until her untimely death in 2011.

Billy made many good friends over the years and in return he was a good friend to them. Each friend and many relatives were valuable to him and could tell numerous stories. As we reflect on his life, let those memories comfort each of you and keep these memories as a gift life has given you.

Services will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) at Billy Hooten Memorial UMC, 2444 NW 1^st Terrace, OKC 73107.
