Bruce's Obituary


The son of Don and Neva Link, Bruce was born in Sacramento, California. He was raised around the world from Arkansas to Michigan and from Delaware to Okinawa, Japan and many points between, as a child in a family of the US Air Force. He graduated from Norman High School and from the University of Oklahoma. Bruce enjoyed downhill skiing in Colorado and golfing local courses. He also enjoyed traveling and worked as an over the road semi-truck driver with US Express for most of his career.


Preceded in death by his mother, Neva Link, he leaves behind his father, Donald and two brothers, Brian Link and Jonathan Link. Other loved ones include his nieces Bronwyn, Murphy and Haley and nephews Graham and Jonah.


Memorial service will be held at Crossings Community Church Chapel, 14600 North Portland Ave on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 1:00 pm.


In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Other Notes:

Bruce was a lifelong bachelor with his poodle dog, Prince.


Bruce was a big sports fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Viking and Twins

Texas Rangers and the New York Mets.
