Triniti's Obituary

Triniti’s life was marked by creativity, humor, community, and care for those around her. She was born on December 14th, 1999 in American Fork, Utah, the second of four children, and moved to Eugene, Oregon before settling in Oklahoma at a young age.

Triniti attended Bethany High School, and graduated in 2018 after excelling in a myriad of extracurriculars, including musical theater, show choir, speech and debate, pom, and robotics club.

Triniti was always very good with people and was promoted to management at nearly every job she ever worked. She could provide the exact listening ear that a person needed, which made her new friends everywhere she went. Her time at the ROC Resale Store, and her tenure at Starbucks, were marked by friendships that extended beyond co-working. Triniti led coffee tastings regularly and was a member of the Starbucks Workers United union.

Triniti was an artist. Her work with painting, collage, and found objects were long admired by those around her. She was always quick to share new work with those she loved. She was also a great lover of art, and quick to champion those around her whose work she adored.

She was a lover of the weird and wonderful. She collected bones, bugs, and wet specimens. She was a great lover of David Bowie, and did an excellent impression. Triniti also enjoyed Dungeons and Dragons, and was active in multiple D&D groups, playing campaigns and writing new stories.

She loved animals, especially frogs and cats. She loved to show off her cat, Trevor, whenever the opportunity presented itself. She was a consistent patron of the Oklahoma City Zoo in the last year of her life, going nearly every week to check in on the painted dogs, the elephants, and her favorite birds in the aviary.

Triniti was always available to help someone in need. She was quick to think of others and took the relationships she cultivated very seriously. She was always the first person to offer somebody a ride, help with home or car maintenance, or just pitch in with whatever her friends or family needed.

Triniti is preceded in death by her mother, Alisa Hodge. She is survived by her siblings, Sav Spear and their wife, Jenna Smith, Luke Spear, and Ander Spear, as well as her father Jay Spear and his wife, Rachael Cullick, and her mother-figure Lori Smith. Triniti is survived by Trevor the cat, and countless friends, relatives, colleagues, and customers whose lives were touched and improved by her presence.

She always left places and people better than she found them. Her loss will always be very deeply felt.
