David Odas Hess was born on Feb. 2, 1950 in Owensville, IN. He passed away on Feb. 15, 2021 in Norman, OK. David is survived by his daughter, Laura Jean Hess, his brother, Carl Russell Hess, and his life partner, Leslie Denise Norzdin. He was preceded in death by his son, Brian David Hess, and his parents, Charles Odas Hess and Mary Katherine Wallace. A graveside service will be held for David at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery at 2301 E Indian Hills Rd in Norman on Tuesday, March 9th, at 11am.
