Mullins-Petty, Cynthia (Cyndi) J. age 66, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. Cyndi was a resident of Edmond Oklahoma and formerly a resident of California. Born in San Francisco, she graduated from Petaluma High School, and later went on to study Theology at the College of Emporia. Cyndi was a very accomplished individual who worked for many years as a managing and leasing broker for Waterford Properties in Oklahoma City. Her colleagues respected her as both a strong and capable leader and a wonderful friend that radiated positivity. She was a Team Leader for the Greater OKC Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for the FBIOKCAAA. Cyndi was President at BOMA in OKC where her passion was to represent and promote the interests of the commercial real estate industry. She was also a longtime supporter of the RedBud Program, an organization that raises money for those in need. Cyndi was exceedingly passionate about her love of God and her Crossroads Community Church family. Always wanting to serve others, Cyndi frequently volunteered at church. She was a youth leader for 4 th graders, and very involved with Celebrate Recovery, which is a Christ-based recovery program. Her church family describes her as always smiling, always thoughtful, and having a pure and giving heart. She was a true believer in Christ and shared her passion for the Lord to everyone she met. Cyndi was preceded in death by her parents: James, and Elma Petty. She is survived by siblings Petty, Bob and wife Isabelle of Kennedale, TX., Petty, Ron and wife Amy of Petaluma, CA., Worrell, Christine and husband Rick of Melfa, VA., Ketchum, Cheryl, and partner Russell of Edmond, OK., and Petty, Carin of Florida. Cyndi was also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews. Services will be held May 27 at 1:00 p.m. at the Crossings Community Church located at 14600 N. Portand Ave, OKC, OK. The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the church in Cyndi's name.
